PanelBuilder32 typical installation does not install the Demo and/or Quick Start files and associated ladder Logic files. Workaround: Click OK on the error dialog box and proceed forward with viewing the documentation. Running older versions of Netscape will cause an error dialog box to appear stating that "one or more files cannot be found" when viewing the supplied PanelBuilder32 documentation.
